Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Staying on the site means these terms are the ones you have accepted. Reading a page does not make you a client.
What the Disclosures page refuses is also refused by these terms.
Read this page again if you book a time later, because the words on the screen that day are the ones that apply to that conversation. An older printout is not a second set of terms.
A blank federal form on this page does not rewrite these terms. The written scope still names the price, and a picture of a form is not the return for your clinic.
A conversation.
The first call carries no fee and no ongoing duty. We will tell you what the month looks like from what you describe, including the case where the honest answer is that the counter can finish the tie. Paid work starts when both sides sign a scope that names the price.
Either side can end that scope in writing. The fee earned up to that day is still owed, and the records come back. A form note is not the scope. A calendar hour is not the scope.
Price lives in the written scope. An open month is not described as already closed. You can walk away after the first call and take the records with you.
What you supply.
We can clean a month only from the records you actually hand over. You remain responsible for those records, for the systems that hold them, and for the choices you make after we talk. If the visits and the bank disagree, we say so. A month the bank has not matched stays unmatched in the conversation. Do not send a chart, a diagnosis, or a patient's name.
What the pages are.
Read these pages as a general account of a clinic cleanup. A paragraph is not the close for your company. The same knot can land differently once the deposit detail is on the table, so check a figure before it goes on a statement.
Print a page for your own reading if you want. Republishing the site on another domain is not allowed. We correct pages when we find a stale line, and we do not promise the site is up every hour. A limit the law will not let a practice waive is not waived here.
A fight about these pages, if it has to be heard, is heard in a Dallas County court under Texas law.
Every form is a note. Every calendar hour is a conversation. The work begins at the signature on a scope that names the price, and until that signature you can leave.
Plenty of owners know a morning that starts with yesterday's card slips still on the counter. That morning does not rewrite a written scope. The scope still names the price, and an untied deposit is still not called closed. The slips can wait on the counter. They cannot stand in for the signature on the scope.
